On December 6 Chen Moore and Associates staff helped those in need this holiday season by participating in the United Way Day of Caring event held at the BB&T Center in Sunrise. More than 700 volunteers prepared 300,000 food packages and boxed meals that were delivered to 25 local food banks and feeding pantries through United Way’s Project Lifeline program. These well-balanced meals will feed the more than 260,000 Broward residents. Also being distributed through Project Lifeline are 200 painted ceramic pots which were filled with herb packets so families can grow their own spices. CMA offices also donated non-perishable food items for the holiday season. The Fort Lauderdale donations were sent to LifeNet4Families; the Miami office supported Early Head Start Childcare Partnership; and the West Palm Beachメs donations benefited the Palm Beach County Food Bank.
