CMA is a proud supporter of the 2015 MetroPCS Orange Bowl Big Buddy Program and recently made a donation to send 50 kids to the 22nd Annual MetroPCS Orange Bowl Basketball Classic. This year’s event is scheduled for December 19 at 5 p.m. at the BB&T Center. The charitable contribution is important to CMA as the firm designed the Orange Bowl Field at Carter Park and the Orange Bowl Field at Ives Estate Park both for the Orange Bowl Committee. The City of Coral Springs and the Coral Springs Redevelopment Agency hosted the ArtWalk Grand Opening Celebration on October 9 in Downtown Coral Springs. CMA designed the project to include a concrete box culvert in place of an existing open canal that allowed for the construction of a linear park, currently called the ‘Art Walk’. The project is an important pedestrian connection between the downtown pathways project, The Walk development, and the upcoming Coral Springs Municipal Complex. The project required coordinating multiple facets of design including civil engineering, structural engineering, electrical engineering and landscape architecture.
