We had an insightful morning at the SMPS North Florida Transportation Industry Breakfast on April 24! Our team had the opportunity to connect with leaders from FDOT District 2, Jacksonville Aviation Authority, North Florida TPO, Jaxport, and CSX to discuss industry trends and upcoming projects. CMA was proud to be a Program sponsor for this event.

Last night, our CMA staff had the honor of attending the ASCE Palm Beach Branch’s Engineers in Government Night at the stunning West Palm Beach Lake Pavilion! It was incredible to celebrate and recognize the exceptional engineers making a difference in Palm Beach County. CMA was a platinum sponsor for the event.
The Nancy J Cotterman Center has achieved LEED Gold Certification by U.S. Green Building Council! The proposed project consists of the design and construction of the NHCC Broward County treatment center facility in Oakland Park, Florida. The site is approximately 2 acres and it will have a 2-story building of approximately 28,000-gsf. CMA is the Civil Engineer of Record and the Landscape Architect of Record, providing demolition, paving, grading, drainage, water, sewer, signage and marking, landscape, hardscape and irrigation design, permitting, and construction administration services. CMA is working on the project with Saltz Michelson Architects.
FELI Class of 2024 hits the mark at clay shoot fundraiser! With CMA’s support, the team raised over $17,000 for STEM teaching kits in schools statewide. Shoutout to our current FELI class member Freeman Bass and all our FELI Alums for their participation. Let’s keep aiming high for education!
Talk about a team that knows how to dominate the competition! Our CMA Team crushed it at the Las Olas Triathlon this weekend, taking home 2nd Place in their category. So proud of our athletes for their hard work and dedication. Way to go team!
More than 20 CMAers attended the 2024 Lexus Corporate Run on April 10 at Meyer Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach. Congratulations to Matthew Garcia-Menocal for finishing as our fastest runner!
