Peter Moore Keynote Speaker for Junior Achievement of South Florida’s JA Fellows Officer’s Training Program

On October 15th, Peter Moore, P.E., F.ASCE, LEED AP served as the keynote speaker for the Junior Achievement of South Florida’s JA Fellows Officer’s Training program. JA Fellows is the pinnacle business and leadership experience for 9th-12th grade students. As a JA Fellow, students develop the skills and knowledge that will set them apart when competing for scholarships, college acceptance, and eventually a spot in the global marketplace. Through this in-depth, leadership and entrepreneurship program, students gain real-world business experience by working in teams of 15-20 to conceptualize, capitalize and manage their own small business. Mentored by top professional leaders, students gain insight around concepts, such as market research, leadership and financial management.
